Whew

Busy couple of days.

My company is being purchased by Raycom Media, so there’s been a some necessary “sprucing up” for a visit by their corporate officers today. On the bright side, it doesn’t appear that the merger will substantially change our lives. Well, not yet at any rate.

Yesterday, we met the nice lady who will almost definitely be Marlee’s first day care provider. I didn’t get to speak with her much, but she seemed very nice, comes highly recommended, and has six kids of her own. All three make definite plusses in my book.

I’ve also managed to slap together a couple of web pages. Both www.huckaby.us and www.marleehuckaby.com now show off my miniscule graphical and web design talents. Stop by and visit them if you have yet to do so.
